みんなに心配をかけたくないから誰にも言わないでいてやっと書いたですが... ホテル療養は終わってますよー もうすでに自宅にいますよ 新型コロナ後遺症(long covid)と書いたし、ネットで拾った情報から「それかなあ」と思っていたけれど、 考えてみたら、covid19っていつ「完治」ってなるの？ということがたぶんほとんどの人が知ってない ホテル療養が終了する目安っていうのは 「発症日から10日間経過し、症状軽快後72時間経過した場合に、問題なければ退所」となっていて それは「周囲に感染させることがないから」ということらしい。 (たぶん、隔離期間14日間も同じ理由？) 療養時も薬は解熱剤だけで、治療的なことは何もしない。 それで、熱もさがったし、期間も終了、っていうこと。 しかし、その後も実は治っているわけではなく、症状は続いているのではないかな？と、きょーかは思ったわけです。 でもちょっと心配なので、最初行った病院で検査してもらったら、すごく微小の肺炎の影が映っているわけだ、発症当時にはなかった影... うーん…後遺症っていう表現は正しいのかしらね というわけで、喘息としてお薬を処方してもらってしばらく観察することに。 誰にとっても(お医者様にとっても)なんだかわかりきっていないウイルスなんだな、って。 どっちにしても、命があって、人生があって、っていうことが改めて「奇跡」なんだな、と、いろいろを噛み締めているきょーかです。 自分を大事にして、毎日を大事に生きよ I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to worry about everyone (in fact, I haven't told my parents about covid19 yet) Hotel medical treatment is over! かなりお久しぶりのセクシージープきょーかです。 一応生きていますが、新型コロナ感染し療養は終了しているものの、アフターコロナからが本番のようで、いわゆる"新型コロナ後遺症(long covid)"で苦しんでいるきょーかです。 感染時は、微熱、若干の咳、鼻詰まりと、ある時から嗅覚一切なし。 私は小さい時に小児喘息があって、その当時は年に2〜3回は寝込むほど身体が弱かったのね、 新型コロナの症状自体は、小さい時のあの苦しみよりはましだった。 今回は熱も最高で38.0だったし。 しかし問題は後遺症よ… 話にならないくらいしんどい。 倦怠感半端なくって息苦しさもセットでやってくる。 ちょっと調子がいいから今日はランチに冷やしラーメン作ったら、作ったことで(それとシャワーを浴びた)エネルギー切れして、食べる段になったらぐったりで1時間食べられず。 (柔らかい麺大嫌いなのにー😭) お風呂が一番しんどくなるっぽい。 みなさま、くれぐれも感染しないようお気をつけください。 誰もが新型コロナ後遺症になるわけではない、 だけど影響ひっかぶったら...何もできなくなる(もちろん仕事も)。 今の自分には休息が必要ってことかなー、とか思うけれどしんどい笑 私は今生きてるだけで精一杯 私はしっかり予防をしていたにも関わらず、感染しましたよ。 後遺症も少しずつでも治っていくといいなあ。 いやー、いろいろある人生だけど、自分の人生でこういうことが起こるとはね 近々、HPで療養記アップしますねー✏️ 📸ホテル療養のロビーにいたロボットと一緒に写真撮った🤖 This is Sexy Jeep Kyouka after a long time.
